Fowey Art Trail, are excited to showcase our amazing talented local artists. 2025 brings new artists and venues, alongside the familiar. This year, two new venues join the trail.
Those who walk the route will be treated to a journey of discovery, taking in 23 exhibitions in 13 locations around Fowey, Bodinnick and Polruan.
The Trail, run in conjunction with Fowey Festival of Arts and Literature, started in 2015 and has become an ever popular annual event, with the magnificent estuary forming the perfect backdrop.
Works on show include paintings, drawings, ceramics, sculpture, photography, jewellery, textiles, mosaics and paper-cut art.
White Doll Arts in Passage Street and CREATE in Lostwithiel Street join for the first time, Fowey’s inspiring artists and crafts people as they welcome visitors and residents into their homes and studios around the town. We also see a welcome return of the Fowey Art Club, Hosted by Gallants Sailing Club.
You will find more wonderful artists exhibiting and selling their work at the Royal British Legion, Mission to Seafarers, and across the water in St Johns’ Church (access via the car ferry at Caffa Mill).
Students from The Fowey River Academy return again this year, exhibiting work inspiring new work at the Mission to Seafarers.
A brochure mapping out the venues will be available in shops and venues to guide you around the trail providing a visual treat for the senses.
